Busy day for Rotarians in Action! We wrapped up our Holiday Supply Drive of socks, blankets and other essentials to some of our local charities. A terrific club meeting with an amazing Sicilian-style luncheon by Earnest B's! Special thanks to our guest speaker Adam Hochfelder for a fun and informative look into TX High School Football. We also honored members David Batey and Tony Felker with the Paul Harris Awards! The day wasn't complete until we finished up with great participation at our Blood Drive! This week at Rotary, our guest speaker is Dawud Mabon, The Law of Intentionality.
Dawud Mabon is a Certified Public Accountant, and Leadership coach. Dawud has been married to his college sweetheart Tolu for 20 years, they have 3 children, Lola, Nathan, and Noah.
Dawud is the founder of the Mabon Leadership Group. Mabon Leadership Group delivers workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, and coaching for organizations focused on leadership development.
Dawud is a Certified Coach with the John Maxwell Team, his responsibilities include Leadership Training, Coaching, and Keynote Speaking. Dawud served on the John Maxwell President’s Advisory Council and is a certified D.I.S.C. Consultant. In addition, Dawud has a passion for financial stewardship, and provides training to individuals and organizations. Dawud also is a publish author. In 2016 Dawud published For God Loves A Cheerful Giver.
Rotary Club of Frisco - Raffle
Our Rotary Club of Frisco is conducting our annual raffle that will generate funds for scholarships for students to help them attend college or other form of secondary education. The club also uses these funds to support local non-profits and over the years has supported over 20 organizations serving our community.
