Tracie Reveal Shipman, The Heritage Association of Frisco

 Tracie Shipman

Tracie Reveal Shipman is the Owner of Many Voices, a company devoted to providing facilitation services, team development, customized training, and leadership coaching. Since 1984, Tracie has focused her energy and enthusiasm on helping people and teams become stronger and more effective.

Over the span of her career, Tracie has created, customized, and delivered thousands of hours of content for leaders and teams for a wide variety of clients—from high tech corporations such as EDS, Texas Instruments, Sabre-Holdings, and Alcon Laboratories, to high touch organizations such as USAA, the Center for Non-profit Management, and SMU. In collaboration with industry leaders including Marsha Clark & Associates, Power+Systems, Inc., and Entelechy, Tracie continues to strengthen and support the development of power, presence, and awareness in leaders. Participants of all her programs love her energy, her spontaneity, her subject-matter expertise, and her ability to make the material she’s presenting relevant, meaningful, and fun.

In addition to her work with organizations, Tracie has also served as an elected official for the City of Frisco, TX. She was elected to two terms as a Council Member and was appointed by her peers as the Mayor Pro-tem for two terms. She served as the Vice-Chair of the nationally recognized Frisco Comprehensive Planning Advisory Committee and was appointed by the City Council to serve on the Frisco Community Development Corporation, the Charter Review Commission and the Visit Frisco (Convention and Visitor’s Bureau) board.

Tracie graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree. She is also a graduate of the MIT Organizational Learning Center’s Leading Learning Communities program. She received her Master of Arts in Servant Leadership degree, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Ethical Leadership in Organizations, from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
