Happy Thanksgiving. Remember, no Rotary meeting this week.
The mission of Rotary International is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
The mission of The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.
November is Rotary Foundation Month on the Rotary Calendar.
Help celebrate the Centennial of The Rotary Foundation by helping us reach its $300 million fundraising goal for its centennial year. Your contribution will enable the Foundation to have an even greater impact during its second century. Contact Brandy Miles, our Rotary Foundation Chair to see how you can help.
Inviting a friend or business associate to Rotary is a valuable gift you can give someone that will enrich their lives, and it doesn't cost you a cent!
Reminder:
You can help us be a more effective club by helping us improve our communications. If you have an upcoming event, please post it on ClubRunner. This will get the information on our Website for all to see, and will help ensure it shows up in the bulletin as a reminder. If you need help with this, check with President Josh. I'm sure he can advise you or point you in the right direction. Aslo, please log on to ClubRunner and update your contact information. This is critical to effective communications within the club.

Every Rotarian should experience what it means to get Rotarized at a Rotary International Convention! It is truly the highlight of the Rotary Year. It is fun, it is engaging, it is educational. You have to experience it to appreciate it. Warning: The registration fee increases quite dramatically on Dec. 15th.
If you want to include something in the newsletter, email it to Art by Sunday before the meeting. Art purposely made an error in this bulletin. If you email him what is it at artbour@gmail.com and are correct, you will be eligible for a valuable prize!
Help when you can, in any way you can. We all have something to contribute. Teamwork makes the dream work!
