Bill will speak about the Rotary Foundation and Paul Harris Awards.
Bill believes in the importance of humanitarian service to mankind and has been very involved with Rotary International for over 20 years. Bill has served on the board of the Rotary Club of Dallas and the club’s foundation. He has served as the District Treasurer, District Governor, International Service Director and Interact Director. He currently serves as the district team leader of the Rotary Foundation. Bill has organized and hosted hundreds of Rotarians on international service trips. He has been recognized as District Rotarian of the year and has received the prestigious Service Above Self award from Rotary International.

The Rotary Club of Frisco's 1st Responders Service of above Self Award was presented to Lt. Caleb Moore of the Frisco Fire Department this past meeting.
