Serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development & Innovation for Hillwood, Robert Folzenlogen is responsible for overseeing long-term infrastructure planning, communication technology, power & energy integrations, and mobility automation. Robert works alongside each business unit within AllianceTexas for the
future planning of regional projects including acquisitions, economic development partnerships and transportation initiatives. Robert and the strategic development team are focusing efforts to bring the infrastructure, logistics and planning necessary to support the Mobility Innovation Zone.

The Rudman Partnership is a family controlled firm with oil and gas and real estate investments in 29 states and 413 counties and parishes. Rudman has several large land holdings in Frisco with the largest piece being acquired in 1962. Rudman has developed several notable developments in Frisco and is currently developing the Frisco Station project located on the North Dallas Tollway, north and west of the new Ford Center, built in connection with the Dallas Cowboys national headquarters.
