If you want to make a difference, BE THE DIFFERENCE.
This week at Rotary, our guest speaker is Savannah Gregorchik with Orant Charities. Savannah is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and currently lives in Bossier City, Louisiana with her husband who serves in the United States Space Force. Savannah has been in the nonprofit sector for 10 years, beginning her journey in fundraising within the animal welfare industry. She worked as the Outreach Manager for the Kentucky Humane Society's Equine C.A.R.E. program. After moving to Louisiana, Savannah took on a new opportunity to pursue international nonprofit work that services people in third-world countries. She is currently the Lead Development Officer for Orant Charities, an international organization that provides sustainable care to communities in Malawi, Africa. Savannah will be giving us an update on Stiweza Kanyanda, the young lady whose education we sponsored.
We will be signing some cards of encouragement to Stiweza, please feel free to bring a greeting card or two of your own that we will be sending to her.
